A Word About SPICE
The entire collection of TI part models can be obtained here. They are split out by simulator:
- HSpice Models and Reference Designs are in ti_hspice.zip
- PSpice Models and Reference Designs are in ti_pspice_models.zip
- TINA-TI Spice models are in ti_tina_ti_spice_models.zip
- TINA-TI Reference Designs are in ti_tina_ref_designs.zip
- All other SPICE models that are available are in ti_spice_models.zip
Specifics about the zip file collections:
- Each of the collections is available in a zip file.
- These files are treated as controlled documents, so they have document style filenames.
- An index is provided to locate the file or files associated with a particular device.
- Some files will unzip with a file extension that associates to a version of Berkeley SPICE.
