A Word About SPICE

The entire collection of TI part models can be obtained here. They are split out by simulator:

HSpice Models and Reference Designs are in ti_hspice.zip
PSpice Models and Reference Designs are in ti_pspice_models.zip
TINA-TI Spice models are in ti_tina_ti_spice_models.zip
TINA-TI Reference Designs are in ti_tina_ref_designs.zip
All other SPICE models that are available are in ti_spice_models.zip

Specifics about the zip file collections:

Each of the collections is available in a zip file.
These files are treated as controlled documents, so they have document style filenames.
An index is provided to locate the file or files associated with a particular device.
Some files will unzip with a file extension that associates to a version of Berkeley SPICE.

As each of these Apps Notes was written to support one segment of the library, the information in one may not apply to all SPICE models. Note that segments focused on one product line may have segments that do not apply to other product line segments.
