Description

The TPS51315 is a D-CAP™ mode, 10-A, synchronous switcher with integrated MOSFETs. It is designed for ease of use, low external component count, and small package power systems. The wide switching frequency is programmed with external resistors allowing for optimal efficiency and external component size. D-CAP™ mode allows a low external component count with a fast transient response. The TPS51315 is available in the thermally-efficient, 40-pin QFN 5 mm × 7 mm package and is specified from -40°C to 85°C.
