Digital Still Camera

The digital camera implements the image sensor (CCD or CMOS) to convert the light directly into series of pixel values that make up the image to be taken. The more pixels your camera has, the more detail it can capture.

Design Considerations

Over the last few years, digital cameras have become more and more sophisticated enabling many advanced features including noise filtering, instant red-eye removal, high-quality prints extracted from video, image and video stabilization, in-camera editing of pictures and wireless transmission of photos.
