Description

The ADS1256EVM is an evaluation fixture for the ADS1256 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADS1256EVM is designed for prototyping and evaluation. It also serves as an evaluation platform for the ADS1255, which is a proper subset of the ADS1256, The ADS1256EVM contains only the ADS1256 device and a few support components. All the ADS1256 pins are accessible through various pins on the EVMs analog and digital connectors. The EVM can also be plugged directly into suitable motherboards such as HPA449-MSP430 microcontroller development system from Soft-Baugh, Inc. a third party supplier.

Does the ADS1256EVM come with any connectors?
• No the EVM does not come with connectors or cables these must be supplied by the customer.

What does the ADS1256EVM do?
• The EVM is a Circuit board which allows the designer to run an evaluation of the ADS1256 device in real time.

Can I get the board design/gerber files/artwork?
• Yes, gerber files are available.

Can I purchase more than 1?
• Yes.

Can you bill me for the EVM?
• No, We take credit cards, purchase orders and corporate checks.

How long will it take to receive the EVM?
• You should receive the EVM within 5 working days. We can rush it to you for an additional charge.

Where can I get samples of the ADS1256 or ICs in this group?
