Overview

The ADS7823-28EVM is a circuit board for use with two 12-bit single/octal channel, inter-integrated circuit (I2C), serial interface analog-to-digital converters, ADS7823 and ADS7828. Both devices are located on this single printed wiring board, this allows exercising of both devices on a single EVM. The ADS7823-28EVM can be configured to use the internal reference of the ADS7828 or an external reference configurable with on-board jumpers. A single, nominal 3.3 Vdc, power supply powers the EVM. In addition, by setting on-board jumpers, a variable digital supply voltage can be provided.
