Description

The wireless data module AMB8420 is distinguishing itself by its compact design. The unit consists of a FM-Synthesizer Transceiver which is operating in the frequency band of 868 MHz, a control unit provided with an UART interface and a complete protocol stack. The module provides a transparent buffered data transmission (cable replacement!). The data transmission is secured by a CRC protocol. The parameterisation of the wireless data transmission module is being taken care of via the serial interface.
