Product InformationDescriptionThis reference design is a 5Vdc input to 1.65V @ 1A output synchronous buck converter. The controller is the TPS40003 operating at 600KHz. The controller features Predictive Gate Drive, which minimizes the bottom FET body diode conduction time. This provides the benefit of increased efficiency when compared to a standard gate drive method. Very low output ripple voltage and excellent transient load performance are achieved with this design.
