Description

The TAS3308EVM customer evaluation module demonstrates the TAS3308 digital audio processor from Texas Instruments.

The TAS3308EVM is suitable for full system development for both hardware and software. The TAS3308EVM allows for easy access to all TAS3308 I/O as well as including external optical SPDIF transmitters and receivers. A USB controller allows easy interface between a PC and the EVM. A socketed EEPROM as well as an MSP430 microcontroller facilitate standalone use for system emulation.

The TAS3308EVM includes a CD containing the PurePath Studio suite of software development tools, as well as full software and hardware documentation.

This is a single board EVM. The TAS3308EVM can be configured with a TAS5601EVM or similar power stage.
