The TMDS-FET470R1B1M Kickstart Development Kit is a unique development environment with all necessary hardware and software for your application's development work. You can design, develop, implement and test your applications.

The kit includes:

  • TMS470 Processor board with 60MHz TMS470R1B1M, RS232 port, Input button, and LED
  • TMS470 Peripheral board with LCD display, LEDs, Input buttons; I2C, RS232, CAN, and SPI ports; ADC potentiometer, temperature sensor, and a 20x30 Prototyping area
  • Kickstart version of IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM with the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), and C compiler
  • USB JTAG Debugger that powers both boards - No external power supply is required

The TMS470 Processor board also interfaces easily with TI's modular High Performance Analog HPA-MCUINTERFACE EVMs via standardized connectors. When combined with free software drivers, a complete prototype can be created quickly without having to layout a printed circuit board. Simple building blocks for Input signal conditioning, A/D conversion, D/A conversion and Output signal conditioning enable easy evaluation of an entire ARM7 signal processing system.
