The Digital Video Software Development Kit (DVSDK) is a software development kit designed to tune complex DaVinci-based digital video systems quickly and efficiently. The DVSDK significantly improves software integration and system visibility by incorporating tools such as the eXpressDSP™ Configuration Kit, TMS320DM644x SoC Visual Analyzer and MontaVista’s Linux. The DVSDK requires a target platform for DM644x processors and should be used in conjunction with the Digital Video Evaluation Module (DVEVM). Review the DVSDK product bulletin Two versions of the Digital Video software development kits are available today:
The DVSDK includes:
As the tasks run on both the DSP and ARM cores of the TMS320DM644x processors, the analyzer captures and displays the data on a single timeline. This provides a complete system view of the application and eliminates the tedious process of manually collecting and comparing data on each core before optimization begins.
What’s Included:The Digital Video Software Development Kit with MontaVista Pro Linux (TMDSSDK6446-L) includes MontaVista Pro Linux Professional Developers seat
