Description

The C6457 Evaluation Module (EVM) includes two 1-GHz C6457 DSPs connected via high speed SERDES interfaces: Serial RapidIO™ (sRIO) and Gigabit Ethernet MAC (GEMAC). This gives developers the opportunity to begin working on inter-processor communication mechanisms in a quick and efficient manner.

The C6457 EVM also comes with onboard emulation, as well as a board specific version of Code Composer Studio™ (CCStudio).

Customers will have full access to C6457 EVM design files and schematics (Orcad and Gerber), as well as a board support library to assist them in their design process.
