The TRF7960EVM (Evaluation Module) allows the software application developer to get used to the different functionalities of TRF7960/1 Multi-Standard Fully Integrated 13.56 MHz RFID analog front end and data framing reader system.

  • Complete TRF RFID reader system implemented
  • TRF7960 is controlled by the Ultra-low power MSP430F2370 microcontroller
  • On board PCB antenna and optional SMA connector location for external antennas 
  • Independent, on board LED indicators to identify detection of the tags supported.
  • Graphical User Interface (GUI) to control the EVM
