The C2000 Piccolo one-day workshop is a hands-on technical course facilitated by qualified Texas Instruments instructors. This workshop will cover the Piccolo F2802x devices, the latest members of the C2000 MCU family. The workshop steps the user through system initialization, peripheral setup and programming an application into flash memory using the Flash Plug-in utility.
Every lab exercise builds on the previous lab exercise, running a common application theme through the workshop. The lab exercises are performed using the Piccolo ControlSTICK USB Evaluation Tool.
The NEW, innovative Piccolo MCU ControlSTICK allows quick and easy evaluation of all the advanced capabilities of TI's new Piccolo microcontroller. Slightly larger than a memory stick, the Piccolo controlSTICK features onboard JTAG emulation and access to all control peripherals.

All workshop attendees will receive a free ControlSTICK to help reinforce the workshop concepts after the class is over.
Who Should attend?
This workshop is tailored for hardware and/or software design engineers who plan on designing with the Piccolo TMS320F2802x Microcontrollers. Experience with digital systems and basic knowledge of programming is helpful.
