DATA CONVERTERS
Low-Power, 12-Bit, 125-MSPS ADC: The ADS6125 (single) and ADS6225 (dual) are high-performance ADCs with selectable parallel DDR LVDS or CMOS outputs. With only 415mW of power consumed (500mW for the ADS6225) in CMOS mode, these devices are among the lowest power, single ADCs at their speed grade, giving high channel-density systems improved battery life and thermal performance.

Single, 16-Bit, High-Accuracy VOUT DAC: The DAC8881 provides excellent ±1 LSB INL linearity, 24nV/rtHz at G = 1 low noise and 5µs to ±1 LSB of full-scale output and fast settling time. It has a low-power SPI (up to 50MHz) interface and operates over a +2.7-V to 5.5-V supply range.

1.1-nV/rtHz Noise, Low-Power, Precision Op Amp: The OPA211 achieves very low 1.1-nV/rtHz noise density with a supply current of only 3.6mA. The rail-to-rail output voltage swing maximizes dynamic range. For precision data acquisition applications, the OPA211 provides 0.7-µs settling time to 16-bit accuracy, even for 10-V output swings.

150-MHz Variable Gain Amp: The VCA822 is a DC-coupled, wideband, linear in V/V, continuously variable, voltage-controlled gain amplifier. It provides a differential input to single-ended conversion with a high-impedance gain control input used to vary the gain down 40dB from the nominal maximum gain set by the gain resistor (RG) and feedback resistor (RF).

1.6-MHz, 3-A DC/DC Converter with Disable Sink During Start-Up: The TPS54377 is a 3-V to 6-V input DC/DC converter with integrated FETs that step down the voltage as low as 0.9V. The switching frequency is synchronizable and adjustable to 1.6MHz to reduce the size of external components and assist in specific spectral noise bands.

Intended for low-power applications, it supports up to 800-mA load current and allows the use of tiny, low-cost inductors and capacitors.

INTERFACE
Triple, High-Speed Digital Isolators: The ISO7230 and ISO7231 are triple, high-speed 3.3-V and 5-V capacitive digital isolators. The ISO7230 has three channels in the same direction; the ISO7231 has two channels in one direction and one channel in the reverse direction.

Low-Voltage, 8-Bit, I²C and SMBus I/O Expander with Interrupt and Reset: The TCA6408 is the industry’s first I²C I/O expander that can operate over the wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V, allowing designers to directly interface the device to both next-generation and legacy processors. The device consists of one 8-bit configuration (input or output selection), input, output and polarity inversion (active high) register.

ADCs range in resolution from 8 to 24 bits and are segmented into 10 sample rate options from <100SPS to >100MSPS.
