Data converter

Automotive 1.8-V to 5.5-V, 80-mA, 8-bit low-power single-channel digital-to-analog converter

The DAC5311 is monotonic by design, provides excellent linearity, and minimizes undesired code-to-code transient voltages while offering an easy upgrade path within a pin-compatible family. The device uses a versatile three-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates as high as 50 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP interfaces.

Automotive catalog improved current-mode PWM controller

The UC2856 is a high-performance version of the popular UC2846 series of current-mode controllers and is intended for both design upgrades and new applications where speed and accuracy are important. All input-to-output delays have been minimized, and the current sense output is slew rate-limited to reduce noise sensitivity.

Automotive-qualified EMC-optimized CAN transceiver

The SN65HVDA1040A meets or exceeds the specifications of the ISO 11898 standard for use in applications employing a controller area network (CAN). Designed for operation in especially harsh environments, the SN65HVDA1040A features cross-wire, overvoltage, loss of ground protection from –27 V to 40 V, over-temperature protection, a –12-V to 12-V common-mode range and withstands voltage transients according to ISO 7637.

The TPIC6C596 is a monolithic, medium-voltage, low-current power, 8-bit shift register designed for use in systems that require relatively moderate load power such as LEDs. The device contains a built-in voltage clamp on the outputs for inductive transient protection.

TMS570 Cortex-R MCUs Transportation Safety Microcontroller Family

The TMS570 Cortex-R microcontroller family enables customers to easily build safety related transportation applications.
