TPS60400EVM-178 for Evaluating TPS6040x Charge Pump Devices

This user's guide describes the TPS60400EVM-178 evaluation module (EVM). The TPS6040x family of devices are unregulated voltage inverters. The family is intended for use with input voltages between 1.8 V and 5 V. The user's guide contains the EVM schematic with a bill of materials that shows the components used and their manufacturers. The layout and the component placement of the top and bottom sides of the board is shown.
