TMS320F20x/F24x DSP Embedded Flash Memory Technical Reference

This reference guide describes the operation of the embedded flash EEPROM module on the TMS320F20x/F24x digital signal processor (DSP) devices and provides sample code that you can use in developing your own software. The performance specifications of the embedded flash memory have been evalu-ated using the algorithms and techniques described in this guide. TI does not recommend deviation from these algorithms and techniques, since doing so could affect device performance. The book does not describe the use of any specific flash programming tool nor does it describe the external interface to the DSP.
