TI strives to provide various educational resources for both the lecture and
lab components of DSP courses.
Visit the Educators´
Information Exchange to download free digital signal processing lecture
notes, lab exercises, demo programs, and courseware written by educators from
around the world.
The book
list provides information on several textbooks for DSP courses, especially
ones that contain DSP lab exercises. Books about general DSP fundamentals
and on different TI DSP platforms are listed. Includes recently-available
titles!
The DSP
Teaching ROM is a collection of educational materials useful to university
lecturers. Single copies of these ROMs are offered free of charge to educators.
Many educators have requested use of the TI
Design Workshop or other printed materials for use in textbooks they are
writing or as course notes for themselves and for students. Since this
material is copyrighted, permission must be obtained from the DSP University
Program in order to reproduce these materials.
Instructional
videos are available for purchase. Titles include "Our Digital Future"
and "Making of a Microchip".
Descriptions of TI DSP hardware and software-based Development
Tools are given to guide you in determining what tools would be useful in
a lab. Suggestions for introductory, intermediate, and advanced labs are presented.
