If you will be charging a purchase to your credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover),
the fastest and easiest way to order tools is through the TI eStore. Only items
with an asterisk next to their names on the university
discount price list can be ordered through the TI
eStore or through TI telesales. Discount pricing cannot be obtained through
the TI eStore, but is available through the TI telesales channel, which is described
below.
If you will be using a PO to make a purchase or using a credit card and prefer not to submit the number online, we recommend the telesales channel. This channel offers no-hassle university discount pricing.
Follow these instructions:
- Locate the part number and discount code (where applicable) for each item that you want to order. These are listed on the university price list. Make sure you have correct numbers for both, or TI will not be able to take your order. Note that only items on the price list with an asterisk next to their names can be ordered through this telesales number.
- Call the US-based University Program Coordinator at 972 927-5936 (9am-4pm
Central) or the European Product Information Center during their business hours. Let the representative know that you would like to purchase DSP tools at the university price. Give the representative each part number and associated discount code (where applicable). You can fax your purchase order directly to the US University Program Coordinator at (972) 927-6377 without placing the phone call. Be sure to list on the order any applicable discount codes, and a university shipping address. Also indicate that you would like to be contacted to confirm the order.
- To be eligible for any discount, the order must be shipped to a university address. Tell the representative your on-campus physical address. TI will not ship to a P.O. Box, so be prepared to specify a street address. US and international addresses are accepted.
- Specify method of payment. Visa, MasterCard, America Express, and POs are accepted. Instructions on where to submit your purchase order will be given to you over the phone at the time of order placement.

Products purchased through the e-store and through the telesales channels are non-refundable and non-returnable. For hardware faults, you should follow the procedure outlined in the product documentation to obtain an RMR#.
