The AHC Logic Family offers the broadest selection of logic choices including gates, octals, single-gates, and Widebus™ devices. The AHC family can operate at a VCC of 3.3 or 5 Volts providing an effortless migration path from HCMOS.

Low Noise - The same low noise of HCMOS without the overshoot and undershoot typical of higher-drive devices usually necessary to achieve AHC speeds.
Low Power - The AHC family has half the static power consumption of HCMOS, 40 µA maximum static current.
Speed - With typical propagation delays of 5.2 ns for octals, AHC offers three times the speed of HCMOS.
Drive - Output-drive current is ± 8 mA at 5V and ± 4 mA at 3.3V.
