The TMS470 microcontroller has a scalable platform with devices ranging from 64KB to 1MB of Flash memory and a rich set of peripherals – up to 32 timer channels, 16 channels of 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters and a variety of communication interfaces including CAN, SPI, SCI and I2C. Providing the greatest combination of performance and memory, the TMS470R1B1M offers 1MB of Flash, 64K static RAM, and 5 I2C modules all for just $9.95 in volume pricing.
