DALLAS (April 7, 2005) -- Texas Instruments (TI) has been named to the
prestigious 100 Best Corporate Citizens list presented by Business
Ethics magazine, which recognizes companies with a commitment to
higher standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
Companies
are rated based on how they serve stakeholder groups including employees,
the community, investors, minority and women business owners, customers
and how they deal with environmental issues and corporate governance.
This is TI’s third time to be listed.
“To be recognized at this level is validation of our basic tenet
