This ADC32RF54EVM contains pre-production silicon version and thus requires older version of software to best fit this silicon version analog trim register writes, etc. This software tool is meant only to use as EVM support. To generate any register configuration for production devices, please download the GUI for ADC32RF55EVM or ADC34RF55EVM, respectively.
