Intelligent, Nano-Power Touch Screen Controller with SPI Interface: The TSC2006 4-wire touch screen controller works with a supply voltage as low as 1.2V, which can be supplied by a single-cell battery. It features a complete, ultra-low-power, 12-bit, analog-to-digital resistive touch screen converter, including drivers and the control logic to measure touch pressure.

AMPLIFIERS

Industry’s First, Closed-Loop, Class-D Audio Amplifier with Feedback: The TAS5706 is an efficient 20-W, digital audio power amplifier for driving stereo bridged-tied speakers. Its digital closed-loop architecture produces richer, more accurate sounds. The TAS5706 also features end-to-end digital performance and a graphical development environment to support design needs and lower total system cost.

420-MHz Variable Gain Amplifier: The VCA824 is a DC-coupled, wideband, continuously variable, voltage-controlled gain amp with >40dB gain linear in V/V gain adjust. POWER MANAGEMENT

Synchronous Switch-Mode Li-Ion Charge Management IC with Integrated Power FETs: The bq2412x series are highly integrated, synchronous, switch-mode charge management devices for single- or two-cell Li-Ion and Li-Pol battery packs. The devices charge the battery in three phases: conditioning, constant current and constant voltage.

  • Requires a single resistor to set the output voltage to any value over the 0.69-V to 2-V range

Fixed-Frequency, 99% Duty Cycle Notebook System Power Controller: The TPS51220, a dual, synchronous-buck controller with two integrated LDOs, provides high efficiency, fast transient response and 99% duty cycle operation.

  • Each channel runs 180º out of phase with adjustable interleaving ratio

White LED Driver and PWM Brightness Control: The TPS61160/TPS61161 are the first products in a new family of white LED drivers for LCD backlighting in portable systems. The devices operate over a 2.7-V to 18-V input supply and provide up to 38-V output voltage.

  • 600-kHz fixed switching frequency reduces output ripple and improves conversion efficiency

400-mA, 2.25-MHz Step-Down DC/DC Converter with Selectable VOUT: The TPS62270 operates at 2.25-MHz fixed switching frequency, provides up to 400-mA output current from a single Li-Ion cell, and has an input voltage range of 2V to 6V to support the extended voltage range found in portable applications.
