16-Channel Constant-Current LED Driver with 7-Bit Global Brightness, Power-Save, and Self-Diagnostics: The TLC5929 is a cost-optimized, constant-current sink, multi-channel, on/off (non-PWM) LED driver designed for high-reliability LED display applications where PWM dimming control is not required. The integrated channel switching delay minimizes simultaneous switching noise, critical in simple two-layer PCB designs where optimal GND routing may not be possible.

Single-Chip Battery Management for 4- to 10-Cell Li-Ion Battery Packs: The bq77910 precision protector, with integrated battery protection and cell balancing, monitors individual cell voltages and can directly drive N-channel power MOSFETs to interrupt current flow during fault conditions. Fault detection and recovery criteria are fully programmable in nonvolatile memory to suit all types of Li-Ion systems.

High-Temperature Signal Conditioning and Processor Evaluation Platform: The H.E.A.T. (Harsh Environment Acquisition Terminal) evaluation module is the first high-temperature data acquisition system built to withstand up to 200°C for 200 hours. This solution enables the rapid evaluation and development of a high-temperature signal chain using qualified components, including 13 TI high temp-qualified devices. The H.E.A.T EVM is built with a polyimide PCB material, high temperature-rated passive components, and a high-temperature solder.
