DATA CONVERTERS Ultra-High Performance, Low-Power, 24-Bit ADC: The ADS1281 offers a single-chip, ultra-high-performance ADC option for applications such as seismic monitoring and energy exploration that require extremely high resolution and linearity sensitivity. The device features 130dB SNR (250SPS) and -122dB THD while consuming only 12mW of power.
16-Bit, Quad-Channel, Ultra-Low Glitch VOUT DAC: The DAC8564 and DAC8565 multi-channel, multi-purpose DACs feature an internal 2.5V, 2ppm/ºC temperature drift reference with 0.004% initial accuracy. The DAC8564 offers binary input and power-on-reset to zero, while the DAC8565 has a programmable POR to either zero or mid-scale resulting in a data format that is either binary or 2’s complement.
Dual, 10-Bit, 65-MSPS ADC with Parallel CMOS Interface: The ADS5237 is a dual, high-speed, high dynamic range ADC that includes a high-bandwidth sample-and-hold amplifier that gives excellent spurious performance up to and beyond the Nyquist rate. The device employs digital error correction techniques to provide excellent differential linearity for demanding imaging applications.
Dual, 11-Bit, 125-MSPS ADC: The ADS62P15 is a high-performance ADC with selectable parallel DDR LVDS or CMOS outputs. The device consumes 370mW/channel in CMOS mode, which makes it one of the lowest power ADCs in its speed grade, giving high channel-density systems improved battery life and thermal performance.
16-Bit, 1-GSPS, 2x-4x Interpolating, Dual-Channel DAC: The DAC5682Z provides the industry’s highest input data rate for a 16-bit DAC at 1GSPS. With the data input internally interleaved and with an 8-sample FIFO, the device can support up to 500MSPS of data to each DAC.
AMPLIFIERS 150-MHz Variable Gain Amplifier: The VCA820 is a wideband continuously variable gain amplifier with linear in dB gain adjustment control for >40-dB range. Its high slew rate (1700V/µs) ensures either lower distortion for frequency domain-oriented applications or high fidelity pulse response for time domain-oriented applications.

SN761633 Price (1ku): $2.50 POWER MANAGEMENT Li+ Charger Front End Protection IC: The bq2431x and bq2430x are highly integrated circuits providing protection to Li-ion batteries from failures of the charging circuit. The IC continuously monitors input voltage, input current and battery voltage. It also monitors its own die temperature and switches off it if becomes too hot.
16-Channel LED Driver with 7-Bit Dot Correction: The TLC5942 is a 16-channel, constant-current sink LED driver. Each channel has an individually adjustable 4096-step grayscale PWM brightness control and a 128-step constant-current sink (dot correction).
TLC5942 Price (1ku): $1.75 High-Frequency, 4-A Sink Synchronous MOSFET Driver: The TPS28225, a high-speed driver for N-channel complimentary driven power MOSFETs with adaptive dead-time control, is optimized for use in a variety of high-current one- and multi-phase DC/DC converters.
5-Channel, LCD Bias Power IC for LCD TVs: The TPS65167/A is a compact power supply solution that provides all voltages required by a large-size LCD panel/monitor running from a 12-V supply rail. The device generates all three voltage rails for the TFT LCD bias (Vs, VGL and VGH).
Dual Channel, Step-Down SWIFT™ DC/DC Converter: The TPS54283 (300kHz) and TPS54286 (600kHz) are dual output, non-synchronous step-down converters capable of supporting 2-A output and operating from a 4.5-V to 28-V input supply.
LOW-POWER RF Robust RF Transceiver for IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee®: The CC2520 is TI's second-generation ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4 RF transceiver for the 2.4-GHz unlicensed ISM band. This chip enables industrial-grade applications by offering state-of-the-art noise immunity, excellent link budget, operation up to 125° and low-voltage operation.
