AMPLIFIERS & LINEAR Low-Drift, Precision Reference Family in SOT23-6: The REF32xx is a family of very low drift (4ppm/°C), low quiescent current (10µA) precision references with the ability to both sink and source up to 10mA output current. It features all standard voltages from 1.25V to 4.096V and is stable with any capacitive load to provide design flexibility.
Dual, Low-Noise, Wide-Bandwidth Precision Amplifier: TI’s TL5580/TL5580A amplifier features low-offset voltage combined with low THD to make this device suitable for audio applications as well as a front-end for data-acquisition systems.
TL5580A: Price (1 ku) $1.28 20W, Mono, Digital (I2S) Class-D Audio Power Amp: The TPS3200D1 is a Class-D audio power amp with digital I2S input that makes it less susceptible to noise. The digital input also accepts right-justified data for easy audio processor and ADC interfacing. Selectable gain settings allow easy configuration of volume ranges and BTL output maximizes output power from a limited supply voltage.
CLOCKS & TIMERS High-Performance Clock Synthesizer and Jitter Cleaner: The CDCM7005 clock synthesizer and jitter cleaner offers the lowest phase noise and jitter in its class. The device addresses the growing requirement for higher performance and increased design flexibility.
1.8V PLL Clock Driver: The CDCU877B is a high-performance, zero-delay buffer that distributes a differential clock input pair (CK,CK\) to 10 differential pairs of clock outputs and to one differential pair of feedback clock outputs. It consumes only 179mA at 200MHz with a 2pF capacitive load--the lowest power consumption in its class.
TRAINING AND SEMINARS Analog eLab: Exploring the SPICE simulator TINA-TI: This SPICE-based simulation program is now available to the design community free from Texas Instruments. This powerful application program can perform DC, AC, noise, transient and Fourier analysis. In addition to an intuitive schematic capture user interface, the program will perform a repeated analysis on a circuit as a component is stepped through a range of values. Comparison of results between TINA-TI and those obtained on the lab bench proves the simulation to be very accurate when employing good models. On September 14th, join our panel of experts for a discussion and hands-on demonstrations of how to fully leverage the power of this uniquely capable SPICE simulator from TI. Register for this free Webcast. Practical Analog Design Seminar: Staff Scientist Ron Mancini will present a free seminar entitled “Practical Analog Design” in several U.S. and Canadian cities. Mancini will cover topics that include a comparison of voltage and current feedback amplifiers, signal integrity, and PC-based circuit design tools from TI. Video Compression Webcast: Register for the free webcast, “Video Compression: Evaluating System Tradeoffs with H.264, VC1, and Other Advanced Codecs,” and explore how codecs differ in terms of the tradeoffs they make between compression rates, encode/decode processing requirements and key system factors such as latency. Scheduled for July 21, this Net Seminar will provide a brief introduction to how video compression is achieved and insight into why advanced video codecs and specific profiles within these codecs are better suited for certain applications. 2005 MSP430 Advanced Technical Conference: The ATC offers multiple tracks of courses taught by MSP430 senior applications engineers, MSP430 customers, third parties and universities. You can fully customize your schedule with the MSP430 MCU courses and labs that best fit your development needs. Pre-register today and save $100 off conference cost. Visit our website for more details.
