10-W, Isolated DC/DC Converters: The PTMA402050 series of DC/DC converters provide up to 3A at 3.3V and feature high efficiency, fast dynamic response and low output ripple. The series includes 3.3-V/3-A, 5-V/2-A and 12-V/1-A devices that operate over a 36-V to 7-5V input range.
PCI Express Dual-Slot, Hot Plug Controller: The TPS2363 is a dual-slot hot plug controller for PCI Express® systems and includes all analog functions for PCI Express slots such as switch and attention button inputs. Other features include SMBus control and monitoring, high-current AUX selection and fast fault indication.
Synchronous Buck Controllers with Enable: The TPS40040 and TPS40041 are small package, low Vin (2.25V to 5.5V) voltage mode synchronous buck controllers. Both controllers are sink/source with pre-bias start-up capability and have fixed frequency PWM operation: TPS40040 = 300kHz; TPS40041 = 600kHz.
TPS40041: Price (1 ku) $0.65 DATA CONVERTERS 13-bit, 250-MSPS, 5-V Bipolar ADC: The ADS5444 is a high-performance, wideband, bipolar ADC that operates from 3.3-V and 5-V power supplies and provides outstanding dynamic performance while dissipating 2.25W of total power. It maintains low noise and linearity over a wide input frequency range from baseband up to 500MHz.
14-Bit, 85-MSPS Dual ADC and 8-Channel Wideband Receiver: The AFE8406 is a multi-channel communication signal processor that provides analog-to-digital conversion and digital down-conversion (DDC) optimized for cellular base transceiver systems. The DDC channels are independent and operate simultaneously. The dual ADC can be configured into a single ADC.
12-Bit, Parallel Input, 4-Quadrant Multiplying DAC: The DAC7821 is a single-channel, 4-quadrant multiplying DAC with improved INL specifications. It can also be configured as a 2-quadrant multiplying DAC. Its small size and low power make it ideal for portable systems.
8-Bit/10-Bit Triple Video ADC: The TVP7001 is a complete solution for digitizing video and graphic signals in RGB or YPbPr color spaces. The device supports pixel rates up to 165MHz (8-bit) and 110MHz (10-bit), useful for digitizing PC graphics. In video environments, it can digitize digital TV formats including HDTV as well as CVBS and S-Video signals.
AMPLIFIERS & LINEAR Lowest Power, Zero-Drift Op Amps: The OPA333 combines low power (17µA), ultra-low offset (10µV (max)) and ultra-low drift (0.05µV/°C) to offer the highest performance on a tight power budget. It achieves 350-kHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail I/O and operates on 1.8V single supply.
LOW-POWER RF 2.4GHz transceiver: The key CC2400 features the programmable over-the-air data rate of 1Mbps. This makes the CC2400 suitable for wireless high quality stereo systems, and other systems where high data rate is a requirement. Other on-chip features simplifying the design are:
INTERFACE 3.3-V and 5-V Full-Duplex RS-485 Transceivers: The SN65HVD30/31/32 (3.3-V) and SN65HVD50/51/52 (5-V) devices are 3-state differential line drivers and differential-input line receivers designed for balanced transmission lines and interoperation with ANSI TIA/EIA-495A and other standards-compliant devices. The SN65HVD179 and SN65HVD379, 5V and 3V, respectively, devices are for INTERBUS applications and offer balanced receiver thresholds.
SN65HVD30: Price (1 ku) $1.80 PCI Express to PCI Bus Translation Bridge: The XIO2200A is a single-function PCI Express® to PCI translation bridge where the PCI bus interface is internally connected to a 1394a open-host link-layer controller with a two-port 1394a PHY. It also includes a second virtual channel for quality-of-service and isochronous applications.
Single-Chip Synthesized TV Tuner: Designed for TV tuning systems, the SN761681 consists of a PLL synthesizer, three-band local oscillator and mixer, 30-V output tuning amplifier, and four NPN band-switch drivers. Tuning step frequency is selectable by the reference divider ratio for a crystal oscillator.
