Wide Bandwidth, 24-Bit A/D Converter: The ADS1271 is a 24-bit, ΔΣ A/D converter that provides a combination of excellent DC accuracy and outstanding AC performance, enabling a new level of precision measurements in industrial, medical and automotive applications.
  • DC accuracy: 1.8µV/C offset drift, 2ppm/C gain drift and offset calibration on command
