96%-Efficient Buck-Boost DC/DC Converter: The TPS63000 buck-boost converter delivers up to 96% efficiency over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and output current up to 1.2A. It extends battery life in 1-cell Li-Ion powered devices, all from a space-saving 3 x 3 mm2 QFN package.
