DATA CONVERTERS 12-Bit, 2-MSPS, 2+2 Channel Simultaneous Sampling ADC: The ADS7863 is a dual ADC with four fully differential or six pseudo-differential input channels grouped into two pairs for high-speed, simultaneous signal acquisition.
10-/8-Bit, 3-MSPS, Micropower SAR ADCs: The ADS7884 and ADS7885 are the lowest power 10-/8-bit, 3-MSPS SAR ADCs on the market, consuming only 15mW at 3MSPS, 5V VDD and 6.8mW at 2.5MSPS, 3V VDD. Operation is from 2.7V to 5.5V and the high level of the digital input in not limited to the device’s VDD—meaning the digital input can go as high at 5.5V when the device is operating on 2.7V.
16-Bit, 250-kSPS, Flexible Digital Supply ADC: Featuring the first low-voltage digital interface that can support 1.8-V I/O in this device class, the ADS8519 is a ±10-V bipolar input range, SAR ADC with inherent sample/hold and clock.
12-Bit, Quad, Ultra-Low Glitch VOUT DACs: The DAC7564 and DAC7565 are single-supply, low-power DACs with an integrated 2.5-V, 2ppm/ºC internal reference with 0.004% initial accuracy and 20-mA sink/source capability. The DAC7564 offers binary input and power-on-reset (POR) to zero and the DAC7565 has a programmable POR to either zero or mid-scale range; hence the data format can be either binary or 2’s complement.
12-Bit, 65-MSPS, 8-Channel ADC with Serialized LVDS Interface: The ADS5282 consumes only 77mW per channel, making it the lowest power ADC in its class on the market. Using serialized DDR LVDS outputs, the ADS5282 minimizes the trace count from the ADC to the digital processor, significantly easing layout and reducing FPGA or ASIC pin consumptions vs. a parallel data fan-out.
POWER MANAGEMENT Li+ Charger Front-End IC Protects Against Overcurrent and Overvoltage Conditions: The bq2431x and bq2430x are highly integrated circuits designed to protect Li-ion batteries from failures of the charging circuit by continuously monitoring the input voltage, the input current and the battery voltage. The IC monitors its own internal temperature and switches off before it becomes too hot.
