DATA CONVERTERS
16-Bit, 40-MSPS, Low-Power ADC with Selectable LVDS/CMOS Outputs: The ADS5560 is a single-channel, 16-bit, ADC with the highest available SNR at 40 MSPS and very low power consumption.
- Programmable Features: 1/f noise suppression mode, -1dB to 5-dB internal gain settings, LVDS current and termination resistors
- Applications: Wireless communications, MRI, PET scanners, test and measurement instrumentation, radar and guidance systems
16-Channel, 16-Bit, High-Speed, Current-Input ADC: The DDC316 combines both current-to-voltage conversion and analog-to-digital conversion so that 16 separate low-level current output devices (such as photodiodes) can be directly connected to the inputs and digitized.
- Dual, switched integrator front end allows for continuous current integration
- Applications: X-ray security systems, photodiode arrays, CT scanners, high-speed, low-level current measurements
12-Bit, 80-MSPS ADC with Buffered Analog Inputs: Consuming only 351mW of power, the ADS61B23 features buffered analog inputs to isolate the switching transients of the internal sample/hold from the external driving circuit.
- Programmable coarse and fine grain options improve SFDR at lower full-scale analog input ranges

16-Bit, 800-MSPS, 2x-8x Interpolating Dual-Channel DAC: The DAC5688 features a dual CMOS digital data bus, three integrated 2x interpolation filters allowing 2x, 4x and 8x interpolation modes, an onboard clock multiplier and an internal reference.
- Complex mixer with 32-bit NCO, digital quadrature modulator correction, digital inverse SINC filter and 3- or 4-wire serial control interface

POWER MANAGEMENT
Li+ Charger Front End Protection IC: The bq24380 is a highly integrated device that protects Li-ion batteries from failure of the charging circuit by continuously monitoring the input voltage and battery voltage.
- Device can be controlled by a processor and provides status information about fault conditions to the host

16-Channel, 12-Bit, PWM LED Driver with 6-Bit Dot Correction: The TLC5946 is a 16-channel, constant current sink LED driver with each channel individually adjustable with 4096 PWM steps and 64 constant current sink steps for dot correction.
- Maximum current value of all 16 channels can be set using a single external resistor
- Applications: Mono-/multi-/full-color LED display/sign, LED signboards, display backlight

Dual-Slot, ATCA AdvancedMC™ Controller: The TPS2358 dual-slot, hot-plug controller provides all required power interface functions for two AdvancedMC™ modules and is the most integrated solution available.- Two fully integrated channels provide inrush control, current limiting and overload protection
- Integrated I²C interface allows for smaller design layout and more accurate programming and monitoring
- Applications: ATCA carrier boards, MicroTCA™ power modules, AdvancedMC™ slots, base stations
High-Efficiency Charge Pump for 7 WLEDs, Includes I²C Interface: The TPS60252 high-efficiency, constant frequency, charge pump DC/DC converter uses a dual-mode load switch to maximize efficiency.
- Drives up to five white LEDs in the main display and two white LEDs with regulated constant current for uniform density
- Charge pump: x1 and x1.5 auto-switching mode
- Applications: Cell phones, PDA, PMP, GPS (up to 4” LCD display), multi-display handheld devices
Single-Inductor, Multiple-Output Regulator for AMOLED: The TPS65136 is designed to provide best-in-class picture quality for active-matrix OLED (AMOLED) displays that require positive and negative supply rails. The new single-inductor multiple-output (SIMO) technology achieves the smallest possible solution size and uses just one inductor to generate both outputs, and enable excellent line and load regulation.
- Input voltage range: 2.3V to 6V; Output voltage accuracy: 1%
- Output power: 750mW at VIN = 2.9V
- Applications: Active matrix OLED power supply
Two-Phase Interleaved CCM PFC Controller: The UCC28070 is an advanced power factor correction IC that integrates two pulse-width modulators operating 180º out of phase to create an interleaved PFC controller. An advanced multiplier design provides a shared current reference to two independent current amplifiers that ensures matched current mode control in both PWM outputs.

Power Management Unit for Single-Cell, Li-Ion Applications: Designed to meet the power and sequencing requirements of common microprocessor platforms, the TPS65024x family includes 6-channel power management ICs with three DC/DC buck converters and three LDOs in a 5x5mm QFN package.
- All rails can be sequenced using the EN pins

AMPLIFIERS
Voltage Output, High-/Low-Side Measurement, Bi-Directional Current Shunt Monitor: The INA21x family of full-featured, accurate, zero-drift current shunt monitors features a common-mode range of -0.3V to +26V. A wide choice of gain options allows the designer to take advantage of either the low drop capability or wide dynamic range.

Dual, Ultra-Wideband, Current-Feedback Op Amp with Disable: The OPA2695 combines exceptional slew rate and low input voltage noise to deliver a precision, low-cost, high dynamic range IF amplifier.

- QFN-16 and SO-8 packaging optimized to provide symmetrical input and output paths

INTERFACE
4-Channel, Multi-Rate Transceiver: The TLK3134 is general-purpose quad Serdes that contains the Physical Coding Sublayer (PCS) functions for 10G Ethernet, making it suitable as a XAUI transceiver. Half- and quarter-rate modes handle all CPRI and OBSAI speed options.

Quad UART with 64-Byte FIFO: The TL16C754C is a new version of the widely used TL16C754B with the following enhancements: 1.8-V to 2.5-V lower voltage processor support, asynchronous data bus timing and automatic RS-485 transceiver control per channel.

- Applications: Factory automation and process control, POS systems, gaming terminals, network management
Bi-Directional, Auto-Direction Sensing Voltage Level Translation: The TXB0101 is a dual-supply, auto direction-sensing device used to bridge the digital-switching compatibility gap between two different supply voltages on the same circuit board. The device includes 15-kV HBM ESD protection, supports data rate speeds up to 100Mbps and is optimized for use with push-pull CMOS drivers.
- No direction control signal needed
- Low static power consumption: 5µA (max)

4-Channel ESD Solution for High-Speed Differential Interface: The TPD4S009 offers 4 ESD clamp circuits for dual differential lines. The monolithic silicon technology allows matching between the differential signal pairs, allowing for easy design implementation with applications such as HDMI and DisplayPort.
- Differential capacitance less than 0.05pF ensures that the differential signal distortion due to the added ESD clamp remains minimal

TXS0101, TXS0102, TXS0104E, and TXS0108E Bi-Directional Auto-Direction Sensing Voltage Level Translation: The TXS switch-type translators, dual-supply auto direction-sensing devices, are used to bridge the digital-switching compatibility gap between two different supply voltages on the same circuit board.
- TXS01xx auto-direction level shifters eliminate the requirement of a direction-control signal and save GPIOs on the system processor, simplifying associated software development
- Applications: Cell phones, telecom, computing/server, anywhere an I2C or MMC card interface or 1-wire level translator is needed
1.6-Gbps to 2.6-Gbps Transceiver: The TLK2541, intended for use in high-speed, bidirectional, point-to-point data transmission systems, supports an effective serial interface speed of 1Gbps to 1.3Gbps or 2Gbps to 2.6Gbps, providing over 2Gbps of data bandwidth.

DisplayPort-to-TMDS (HDMI/DVI level) Translator: The SN75DP129 is a dual-mode DisplayPort-into-TMDS output translator. The TMDS output has a built-in level translator compliant with a digital video interface and high-definition multimedia interface.

- 8-kV enhanced ESD on all pins and integrated active I²C buffer
- Applications: Desktop and notebook PCs, docking stations, standalone video cards
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
±1ºC Remote and Local Temperature Sensors: The TMP421/422/423 are remote temperature monitors with built-in local temperature sensors. The series features resistance cancellation and programmable non-ideality factor for improved system accuracy.
- ±1ºC accuracy on remote and ±1.5ºC accuracy on local temp sensors
- I²C/SMBus interface with programmable addresses

AUDIO & IMAGING
Low-Cost, High-Performance PAL/NTSC/SECAM Video Decoder: The TVP5147M1I is a high-performance video decoder for NTSC, PAL and SECAM video signals and operates in the industrial temp range (-40ºC to +85ºC) for applications requiring a video decoder with robust, multi-source input options. The device consumes 490mW (typ) of power and is programmed via an I²C serial interface.
- Patented sync detection for weak noise signals and VCR trick modes
- 2x oversampling, 10-bit ADC, 5-line adaptive comb filter
- Applications: Portable video, navigation, PMP players, DVD recorders, DLP and LCD projectors, digital TV
9-bit, NTSC/PAL/SECAM, Low-Power Video Decoder: The TVP5150A/ TVP5150AM1, an ultra-low power (113mW) video decoder for NTSC, PAL and SECAM video signals, uses only one crystal for all supported standards. Characteristics such as hue, contrast, brightness, saturation and sharpness can be programmed using the I²C interface.

LITTLE LOGIC
Low-Power Gates: The SN74AUP2G08 dual 2-input positive-AND gate and the SN74AUP2G126 dual-bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs feature the lowest static power consumption (Icc = 0.9 µA) and the lowest dynamic power consumption (Cpd = 4 pF).
- CC range of 0.8V to 3.6V
- Overshoot and undershoot < 10% of Vcc
- Applications: Cell phones, PDAs, notebook and sub-notebook PCs
ANALOG SWITCHES
0.65-Ω Dual SPDT Analog Switch With Negative Rail Capability and Click-Pop Suppression: The TS5A22362 and TS5A22364 are single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switches that operate from 2.3 V to 5.5 V and feature negative signal capability that allows signals below ground to pass through the switch without distortion.
- TS5A22364 includes an internal shunt switch that automatically discharges any capacitance at the NC or NO terminals when they are unconnected to COM, reducing the audible click/pop noise that occurs when switching between two sources
- A break-before-make feature prevents signal distortion during the transferring of a signal from one path to another.
